How to get help

Any women uner the age of 35 should endeavour to have a baseline mammogram i.e. one mammogram to use as a comparison for any changes that changes may occur. Once over the age of 35, every women should have an annual checkup including a mammogram and sonar.

No matter what your age is, if you find something suspicious or a marked change in your breast, it is imperative that you go straight to your doctor and INSIST on screening.
